This Shipping Policy explains how shipping works for orders placed on www.petshubs.shop (the “Site”). By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
Processing time: 1–5 business days (most orders process within 3–5 business days).
Processing time does not include transit time and may be longer during peak periods, promotions, holidays, or due to operational constraints.
We ship internationally, including to customers in the United States, European Union, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia, and other eligible destinations (where available).
Typical delivery time after dispatch: approximately 2–3 weeks (up to 3 weeks).
Transit times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to customs, carrier disruptions, weather, peak season congestion, or other factors outside our control.
Your order may arrive in multiple packages. This can happen when items ship from different locations or are packaged separately.
Tracking is provided for most shipments.
Tracking events may take time to update and can be limited in certain regions or last-mile networks.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT/GST, brokerage fees, and import taxes. These charges are determined by your local authorities and are the customer’s responsibility, unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout.
Customs processing may also delay delivery.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect/insufficient address, refusal, or failure to claim within the carrier’s holding period, we may require an additional fee to reship the order.
If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive the package:
Please note: once a carrier marks a package as delivered to the address provided, the carrier may consider the shipment fulfilled. We will assist with investigations, but we cannot guarantee replacements/refunds for theft or misdelivery where the carrier confirms successful delivery to the provided address (except where required by applicable law).
We are not responsible for shipping delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including (without limitation) strikes, carrier disruptions, customs delays, natural disasters, acts of war, pandemics, or governmental actions.
